• Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the product and your location.
• All Items will be shipped from our shop Baymarine Chelsea within 24-48 business hours after full payment has been received and stock is available.
• We use Australia Post, Interparcel, Fast Courier, Aramex to ship most items except certain large items will be shipped by Courier.
• Please provide your best contact phone number with your order in case the courier driver needs to contact you upon delivery.
• You will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking number after item is dispatched.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of the product.
• In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
• Click & Collect Option: Select this option on checkout for collections from our shop in Somerville VIC 3912. You will receive an SMS text or email from the team when your order is ready.  Allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to be processed, pending stock availability.
